Free Sports Physicals

McCombs Families,

All 7th and 8th grade students that plan to participate in athletics this year, including cheerleading, must have a sports physical on file with the school before they can start practice.  The attached form lists free clinics around the Des Moines Area.  Please call the locations before making the trip to make sure they are in operation or have changed hours.

There will be FREE Sports physical clinics offered by the Iowa Clinic at the end of February and the first part of March hosted by DM Schools.  McCombs will hold a clinic on Wednesday March 6th from 4-6PM in the office.  Please use the link below to sign up for a time.
