McCombs Students Earn Top Honors at the Junior Achievement Career Fair
Mr. Babe’s 7th Grade Business/Technology class recently completed the Junior Achievement career fair. Students completed different activities and earned points while learning about jobs in Des Moines. Thousands of students across Iowa participated in the career fair, and these 11 McCombs students ended up in the top 25:
23rd Place – Priyasi Rai
22nd Place – Katherine Sanchez Valte
21st Place – Luci Perez
20th Place – Zae’Auanna White
17th Place – Nyiel Jongoor
15th Place – Arianna Rolling
12th Place – Alissa Patrick

1st Place – Aleks Bryant
These students should report to Mr. Babe’s room on their way to Advisory in order to collect their prize. Aleks Bryant should also win an Amazon gift card from Junior Achievement when the final tally is completed by Junior Achievement. Good job, everyone who participated in the career fair!
