This semester to avoid overcrowding, we have decided to separate the 6th grade band concerts. We will divide the concert into 2 Performances, period 3 A days and period 4 A days.

Period 3 students:

6:00 p.m.: Arrive no later. Students head to the gym, parents to the cafeteria.

6:15 p.m.: Students go to auditorium to set up.

6:25 p.m.: Parents enter auditorium.

6:30 p.m.: Performance

After the performance parents and students may head home, so the next set of students enter.

Period 4 students:

6:30 p.m.: Arrive no later. Students head to the gym, parents to the cafeteria.

6:45 p.m.: Students go to auditorium to set up.

6:55 p.m.: Parents enter auditorium.

7:00 p.m.: Performance
