Student Items From Lockers Can Be Picked Up On Wednesday May 20th

McCombs Families:
We are preparing to hand out Student Items from their lockers and classrooms to students and families. We will be bagging student items this week and will deploy them to you on Wednesday, May 20th. We will run it similar to deploying devices to students about a month ago. The directions are below.
IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS- PLEASE READ!
1) You will pick-up your student(s) belongings at McCombs on Wednesday, May 20th.
Please do your best to come at these designated times by last name, but please know that if you need to come at another time listed below, we totally understand.
Last names A – B: Please come to McCombs from 9:00 am – 10:00 am.
Last names C – E: Please come to McCombs from 10:00 am – 11:00 am.
Last names F – I: Please come to McCombs from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm.
Last names J – M: Please come to McCombs from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm.
Last names N – Q: Please come to McCombs from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm.
Last names R – S: Please come to McCombs from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm.
Last names T- Z: Please come to McCombs from 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Even with our grab and go meals from 11:30-12:30, we are still going to hand out student belongings during that time.
2) Please bring a piece of paper with your student(s) names written on it, so you can hold it up from your car and we can quickly go and grab you student(s) belongings.
3) If you have school items which need to be returned to school (library book, music instrument) please bring back on this day. This DOES NOT INCLUDE your computer device. We will worry about those at another time.
