Greetings From Mike Lord–Director Of Schools K-8

Dear McCombs Community,
My name is Mike Lord and I am the Kindergarten-8th grade Director of Schools. My primary focus is serving and supporting the elementary and middle schools on the South Side of DMPS. As you all know, Mrs. Nancy Croy retired as the Principal as of January 20th. As we continue the search for the new Principal at McCombs, I will be filling in as a support to our staff and students. Our search has already begun and once we hire a full time Principal or interim for the remainder of this year, we will communicate with the McCombs community. It is great working with your students, and I look forward to continuing to support the great things happening at McCombs!
