Middle School Wrestling

7^th and 8^th graders at all Des Moines Middle Schools will be able to wrestle for their respected high school this year. Practice starts October 28^th. Each team will compete in five dual or triangular meets, and the season will conclude with a “city tournament” at Lincoln on December 17^th. All wrestlers must have an athletic physical on file with the school nurse before they can practice or compete.
