Al Éxito translated means Latinos to Success.

¡AL ÉXITO! is an Iowa-based organization which provides programming and mentoring for middle and high school Latino students, family programming and events, and interaction with Latino students on college campuses to motivate students to stay in school and plan for education beyond high school.

Al Éxito goals are to increase:

1. School Attendance
2. Academic Achievement
3. Parental Involvement
4. Graduation from High School
5. Enrollment in Post-Secondary Education
