FREE Sports Physical Clinic To Be Offered At McCombs On Tuesday August 3rd

McCombs Families,

The Iowa Clinic is offering a FREE sports physical clinic to be held at McCombs Middle School on Tuesday August 3rd from 4:00-7:00pm in the main office area.  All 7th and 8th grade students that plan to participate in athletics this year, including cheerleading, must have a sports physical on file with the school before they can start practice.  Please take advantage of this great opportunity to get this requirement completed before school starts.  It is recommended that parents join students to fill out needed forms, however, students can get their physical completed without a parent and the paperwork can be sent home.
