They are true originals. Retirees Dave McGinnis and Mike Walag were green teachers the day McCombs Middle School opened its doors for the first time in 1973. The 1st community service project completed by the Golden Eagles occurred on September 1.  They helped package meals as part of the Meals from the Heartland project.  More photos can be found on the Golden Eagles page.
